    Bought HDMI to Component Splitter from suggested company, but still cannot get video remotely via my app

      Slingbox team, I bought and installed the recommended gung-ho HDMI to component splitter and I still cannot get video. I can see my account and can change channels, but still no video. I paid almost $80 for the splitter that was suggested. Do you have exact install instructions or is there any additional configurations I have to make to my sling box? A new xfinity DVR was installed that now only has HDMI connections...lost the component side when they upgraded me. Steve
