Got a new M2 and purchased the Gang Hu splitter as recommended by Slingbox.
Connected as the below according to Gang Hu splitter instruction:
Finished setting up the Slingbox M2 and Audio can be heard in Slingplayer (iOS and Web) but No Video:

Switched from ATT U-verse to DirecTV, which has no component I/O. Got a HDMI-to-component adapter and re-hooked up all hardware. Reconfigured M2 and network settings. Re-downloaded Slingplayer app. Everything good, M2 shows up, but I get nothing but a blue field with white text that says, "Weak or no video signal detected." What's going on? Could it be a crappy adapter? Help!
