We've been able to identify a problem with the iOS Mac Sierra, which our engineering is working on a fix right now. Although some customers have successfully accessed watch.Slingbox.com through a different browser such as Chrome, Internet Explorer or Firefox.

I've tried to connect on Safari, Chrome and Firefox, with little luck. Firefox worked for a minute or two, but then the plugin crashed (as per the Firefox message) and I've not been able to get it to restart. It's per over a month since I first reported this. Have your technicians made any progress in figuring out how I get it to work?
I've had problems watching my Slingbox on my Mac since the upgrade in operating systems to Sierra. When I launch newwatch.slingbox.com, I get a message saying "There was an error connecting to the box" with a refresh button. I've not been able to get it to work for a couple of weeks (but it does work on my iPad). Is there some sort of an update I need to do?
