I have a Slingbox 500 in a sealed, unopened box that I want to return within the 30 day return period.
I have used the web page contact form on Oct. 3rd, 6th and 7th and have not gotten any response.
Does anyone know of any other way to contact Sling Media or Digital River so I can return it?
