I am trying to connect to my Slingbox through a new laptop but it will not connect.
If I use Firefox, I get the following message:
'The Slingbox or Internet may be unreachable. Try connecting again.'
If I use Chrome I get the following message:
'The Slingbox or Internet may be unreachable. Try connecting again.Click here for more information P17'
I know there is not an issue with the Slingbox or WiFi as I tried connecting from another PC and it worked fine.
The new laptop is running on Windows 7 and the one it is working on is Windows 10.
Does anyone have any idea what might be going on and how I can resolve this?
