    Sling never connected - Terrible customer service and technical support is ****

    Visibility: Open to anyone

      After starting out with the HD Solo and HD Pro, upgraded to the M2.  It never finished the configuration and could not stream.   The technical support and customer service was terrible.  Multiple calls and never a call back.  Packed it up and sent it back to Digital River.  I'm done with Sling.  Ever since the original owner passed away, this company has gone to ****.
