I am not able to connect my Pace IPH8000 box provided by Hotwire Fision.
I spoke with tier one technical support who spent 45 on the phone with me. They were useless.
Tier One escalated to tier Two. They were supposed to call me within 24 hours. That was two weeks ago.
No one has called me back.
Does anyone know the support phone number? It is no longer on the website.
