my mobile phone is connecting to my sling box correctly but i have tried several different browsers on both windows and mac computers and when i go to watch they all insist that i go through setup, which i SHOULD NOT have to do since my slingbox is already setup. when i click on setup, i get this message, "We're sorry, but your web browser, operating system, or the combination of both is not currently supported by the SlingPlayer plug-in. Please click here for more information." as i look through the list, i SHOULD be able to setup but i cannot. I am running mac os sierra 10.12 and have tried both safari 10.0 & chrome Version 48.0.2564.116 (64-bit). i have tried a windows 10(64 bit) with both internet explorer & chrome & all get the same message. i also went to new watch.slingbox.com & could not get that to work either.
