    I have a cable box that's not listed. What do I do?


      I have a  Cisco CHS 335HDC P2 cable box from Verizon FIOS. I can't select it from the list of cable boxes during setup.  What do I do? Who do I call? Why is there no support number to call? Why is there no support chat to use on the website?


      Evidently I can't add a reply, but I fixed it myself. Sling box configures the remote based on the remote model, not the cable box. Searching on Verizon FIOS as the Make and then one can find the 335DHC in the model pull-down.
