    Not Connected errors increasing in frequency

      I recently upgraded my modems to DOCSIS 3.0 (customer-owned). I had no problems accessing my older-model slingboxes before. I'd occasionally get the "disconnected" error, but since changing modems, it's been more often than not. Power cycling neither the network nor the gateway nor the slingboxes themselves alleviate the problem.

       

      I assume that the age of my models may be a contributing factor-- the video quality on them is terrible and that is to be expected. I bought two new ones today to replace my two old ones.

       

      When my new boxes come, is anyone interested in buying my old ones? Can we even offer items for sale on this forum? This is my first time posting either ever or in a long time.
