Hi. We have a Slingbox 500 that is working remotely just fine. Here's the issue: When viewing the Slingbox using an iPad at the same location (home) where the Slingbox is located, it loses signal and cuts out anywhere from 1-15 minutes from start. The only way to get it going again is to restart the app. We don't have any known internet issues (Verizon), and stream Netflix, etc. just fine from this location. So this only happens when watching at home, on our home network. Using the Slingbox from anywhere else and it seems to work just fine. I have also reset the router (power cycle), and reset the Slingbox.
Any ideas? Thanks in advance!
P.S. Spoke to tech support and they only suggested reinstalling the app, and possibly enabling port forwarding. Not sure why either of these suggestions would help since the Slingbox is working remotely.
