    After successfully going through the setup, after confirming the software is up to date, selecting my service provider and remote, confirming video signal input, and finally that the remote works, the process gets hung up with "Configuring...".  Anyone el

      After successfully going through the setup, after confirming the software is up to date, selecting my service provider and remote, confirming video signal input, and finally that the remote works, the process gets hung up with "Configuring...".  Happens on all devices, laptop, iPad, and iPhone.Could someone help me?
