Every time an Esurance ad plays before the stream starts, it won't release the player so the screen just stays black. I am very displeased with the windows player (and most others) already as it is extremely buggy, but this is just ridiculous. I am a software engineer, so I can tell the app was built with no attention to detail and released after very little testing. I was a great fan of sling products and have been using them for many years but now I'm extremely disappointed. I can't even email support from the website directly anymore. I hope someone in support reads this as this is not acceptable.
