We have a couple of different options for you since your exact set top box is not listed. I would suggest searching for the cable box model, without the manufacturer name or cable provider. It is possible that the model is in our list, but is under a different name. You can check this from our Video Source Tool within this article:
You can also request a custom remote or search for a custom remote that may have already been created for your model. I will link the remote request portion of the Community below, as well as instructions on how to upload these custom remotes (just in case there is already one in existence):
Since you have Time Warner, you can also search for the "Time Warner Cable Universal Remote" when you are configuring your remote; this remote should work without issue, but may not look identical to your physical remote.
