On moday, i upgraded the software, as recommended. Evything was working purfectly. Then, i spent two days trying to figure out what happened, but after 3 day & more to come, my android phone has not been working. I juest get a message on how there is no internet conection for either the phone or slingbox. but in reality there is. please help. i got the laptop working to some degree, but still can't find a solution forn android problem. Any help would be appreciated.
We recommend you to check and adjust the router settings. Just make sure to enable both of the protocols (UDP and TCP) when creating the rule on your router settings. Then, rerun the Setup Assistant for Internet Viewing.
