    Invalid Password error

           I've got a slingbox 350 which was working fine these past days and now all of a sudden in my iPad and iPhone I keep getting and error that the password is invalid. I've already reset and restored the slingbox reconfigured it twice on my PC. When I use my iPhone and my iPad in the same wifi network it will log in but when I log to any other Wifi network it gives me the Invalid Password error. I already uninstalled and reinstalled the apps same error, I even setup guest accounts to try and log in and still keep getting the same error, can you please help what else can I do to fix this issue. This is suppose to work anywhere in the world not just inside my house.
