I'm also having trouble with my Slingbox. I was able to get my Slingbox HD 300 to work fine when we still had Verizon FiOS. We switched to Xfinity a few months ago, but you aren't able to get every channel away from home on X1. I decided to try getting the Slingbox to work again. I purchased an HDMI to HD component converter. I tried logging into my account through Chrome, but the plugin didn't work. I tried as well through the Windows 10 app, but it gave me an error. I'm really perplexed what to do and I'd like not to pay at least $30 just for tech support with Slingbox. Or worse, have to buy a new unit.
