I see you're having an issue viewing your programming due to an error message about copy protection. When you see this message it's due to the use of an HDMI cable connected to the cable box. Please check out the links below.
- Slingbox.com - I get no video with any SlingPlayer (Watch, Windows, or Mac OS)
- Slingbox.com - Your Slingbox works fine until you turn on your TV

Thanks for your reply. My Slingbox is connected to my DVR with component cables. The TV is connected to the DVR with an HDMI cable. Do I need to also connect my TV with component cables? Nothing has changed since I last was able to use my Slingbox. The error message just showed up. Why would this be? Thanks. Nelson.
