    M1 not connecting at work via desktop

      After two years of no problems, my slingbox is no longer working when I try to access from work. Every time it tries to connect, I get a P-2 error, which instructs me to do the following:

      P-2There's been an error with the configuration process.
      1. On the back of your Slingbox, use a paperclip to briefly press and release the Reset button, then immediate release it.
      2. Try the configuration process again.
      3. If that doesn't work, then, on the back of your Slingbox, use a paperclip to press and hold Reset for 10 seconds, then release.
      4. Wait two (2) minutes.
      5. Try the configuration process again.

      I have already reset the device multiple times at home, can watch it on my ipad/computer at home, but still get the same errors at work.
