I have a slingbox in europe where the upload sped is about 70Mbps. I live in Austin TX, and before switching to Uverse I used to be able to view the video at about 700-1200kbps which i was OK with. Now on Uverse with the 45Mbps connection i can only get about 70-130kbps. I heard of proxy servers, but they are costly. If i call AT&T what should i ask for? Obviously their connection to my slingbox has an issue. I have tried streaming on my mobile phone as well: on Wi-Fi it is at 70-130kbps while on LTE i am getting 700 or more kbps. Is there a setting in the router that i should check? Anything else? Thanks in advance.
