    Slingbox Pro HD/PC Slingplayer error 0x80070643 after hard reset

      I am running a Slingbox Pro HD on a Windows 10 PC with Edge.  According to Slingbox documentation this should work.  however, when I run slingplayer off my iPad 4 it gives me a connection error.  I have: logged out of slingplayer and back in; rebooted the home network; made sure I had current versions of all softare loaded, rebooted neetwork , PC and ipad and still got same error.  Saw in forum to do hard reset and have done this.  now I get  PC Slingplayer error 0x80070643.  I have rebooted and tried to install again but same error comes up.  Any ideas?
