Normally, this is caused by the cache not loading properly. I would recommend clearing the cache and cookies in the browser to see if this helps out. The article below will explain how to clear the cache and cookies in each browser.

Unfortunately I Cleared the cache and cookies as you suggested below but it is still not working.
I've attached screenshots of what is happening when I try and watch. The first 2 are when trying with Chrome and the remainder are with Internet Explorer.
The same thing keeps happening whenever I try to use either. Chrome just hang's up on the "Slingplayer Launching" Page and IE keeps trying to get me to reinstall/fix the Web Plugin but when I go through the steps I always end up with the "Module C\Program..............." error/page IE 7 and after choosing continue It say's it has successfully installed but when I try and watch the same process starts again?
Your help is much appreciated and hopefully this info will aid in helping resole the problem.
