    Why does Slingbox 500 always disconnect from iPad Air and iPad Pro?

    Visibility: Open to anyone

      I have an iPad Air and an iPad Pro and use both to watch TV around the condo.  After a while (usually around 20 minutes) I always lose connection and frequently get a message that the Slingbox has lost connection with the Internet.  I don't know if this is an App issue or if is the Slingbox 500 causing the problem. 


      I'd appreciate it if anyone can tell me if they are experiencing this issue and if they've figured out how to solve the problem.
