My Slingbox500 has been working fine for over years. Yesterday, I logged into my Slingbox website and could not connect. I received error code with connection issue.
At first the network light was blinking. I check all of the issues associated with the step necessary to trouble shoot. One thing I could not do was a reset (hard or soft, no matter how many seconds/minutes I pressed the button). However, now the network light is solid but I still cannot connect. Checked my router, called my Verizon rep. It's not my network, Ethernet cable (changed it to ensure it was not the wire) or the connection. The logo light is not on, but the power light is solid and the network light is solid.
What can it be? Power supply?
