I bought a used slingbox solo to see if I liked it, and then, if I did, I'd buy a new one.
But. Seems like support is either generic or community oriented. I'm not fond of either.
Not even possible to email support, that i've found.
I have it set up. Plugged in. Tried to download the software for my browser and it says it's corrupted (over and over).
I suggest they do something about their support, because why should I buy a new one if I can't get support for it?
If you're going to sell something, support it yourself, don't ask your customers to.
