I agree with Alan that re-configuring the virtual remote will be the best first step toward getting this particular issue resolved. After checking your account, I see that you have a Slingbox M1. To re-configure the virtual remote selection for the Slingbox M1 and M2 models, I suggest taking a look at the first part of this article from our public knowledge-base:
