    UNABLE TO LOCATE SLINGBOX SOLO ON NETWORK

      I have owned my Slingbox SOLO for about 3 years with no issues. I recently had to relocate my Slingbox Solo in my home. I made sure that it was reconnected properly, both red lights appear on the box and all three green lights appear on both modems. When I attempt to log in, it reads "unable to connect... check to ensure that the modem is on and remove firewalls." I've also tried trouble shooting by going through the set up directory and I have the same issue. The Slingbox could not be located within the first step. How do I fix this problem? Thank you!
