    No video signal


      I am trying to set up my new-to-me refurb Slingbox 500. I might have messed up in identifying my set top box, cable provider, etc. but don't see a way to start over. I'm getting no video signal when connected through the Slingbox. I do have a signal just fine when going direct from set top box to TV. I am connecting as recommended with both HDMI and component cables. I'd like to start over with the setup. How do I do that?
