I'm trying to reinstall a Slingbox AV using Slinglinks with a new router. I have followed all installation directions correctly, and checked them multiple times to insure the setup is correct. But no matter what I do, I receive the message, "There was a problem communicating with the Slingbox. Try connecting again." FYI, the wireless router connected to my computer and the Slinglinks is upstairs in my office, and the HD television set is located downstairs in a family room and is connected to the Slingbox and Slinglinks. Any ideas on how I can get the connection to work?
