We need you to be more specific. Unfortunately, your post is not clear enough and we need you to provide as much information as possible. Do you have the issue just remotely or at the Slingbox location too? Are you trying to connect to the Slingbox using slingbox.com (web based) or do you have the SlingPlayer installed? Is the Slingbox connected hardwired to the router or are you using a wireless/power bridge?
