    why is slingbox support so poor

      I bought a slingbox solo and the  slinglink and am on the point of returning it 5 hours later.

       

      There was only one ethernet cable with the slinglink and you need one at each end.

       

      there was not sufficient cabling to connect up to a Virgin box

       

      the help line is closed at weekends and the help area on the website is as poor as i have come across

       

      totally overrated product
