    Unable to connect - Should logo light stay on?

      Have had slingbox for several years but recently found I'm unable to connect to it at home and wonder whether logo light gives any clue to what problem could be.

       

      When power up slingbox power light comes on followed by flashing logo light and network light for couple of seconds then network light stays on solid (as does power light) but logo light goes off.  Is this normal or should logo light stay on (never really took any notice of whether it stayed on or not when it was working!)?  If it should stay on any idea what the reason could be for it going off when power and network light stay on?
