If you are no longer getting audio out of your Slingbox, you may want to take a look at this public article regarding troubleshooting audio issues:
You may also want to go into your cable/satellite box's settings and see if there is an option to "Optimize Audio" that you can select. Certain cable/satellite boxes have this option and this can be incredibly useful for resolving audio issues across multiple versions of Slingplayer.
