    adequate bandwidth, but super slow speed

      Just in the last few days, I have noticed that my internet connection, per speed tests, is adequate for slingbox to work (not real well, mind you, but work nonetheless), but no matter whether I use the Slingplayer software program, the slingbox.com/watch site, or my Slingcatcher, the download speed indicated on the screen is less than 100KBps, which means very choppy audio and video; in short, no joy.  So, why is this happening, and what can I do about it?  I am in Costa Rica, and my Slingbox is in Texas.
