I also do not manage to setup the irouter setup.
Everything works fine when my connected to home network.
I checked IP, port of slingbox assigned by the router, but I do not manage to connect to the "Internet" instance of my slingbox in the directory.
Possible that there is no support, no information, no online help for these problems!?!?
This costed me a lot of monay, and I have been trying to complete the setup for 2 days already!

Quite a few routers will not allow themselves to be automatically configured, certainly neither of mine do. If you don't have any success with the Sling setup routine then just check the manual of your router and 'port forward' Port 5001.

Hi, I resolved my issue only by calling the international technical support for Europe: they are based in Uk, but there is a dedicated number from each country.
You call them, they will do the complete setup in 5 minutes )
