I had this problem once before but was covered by Tech Support at the time and they just handled the fix. Recently I had to disconnect the power at home. When I powered up again my SB solo seemed to be working fine (could access it at home fine on my laptop with a wireless connection). BUT---when I went away the next day, I couldn't access my SB Solo via the internet.
I haven't a clue what to do (???). Also, if I get it working, is there any way to verify when at home if my SB Solo will be accessible via the internet when I'm away from home?
