    Keep getting password incorrect message, please help

      Hi,

      Recently purchased a used slingbox solo.  i got everything hooked up correctly (I believe).  I went to the slingbox website and went thru the setup assistant.  I created an account, the assistant found my slingbox on the website, put in my newly created password and confirmed the password, then the video came on.  I was thinking great, that was easy.  I was setting up the directv receiver info when the video stopped and it went to a screen that said "Your password is incorrect enter password for My Slingbox".  It had a spot for the password and then a recconect button and a cancel button.  No matter what I do it always goes back to this screen.  I have tried to reset the slingbox to factory defaults a few times with no success.  Thanks for any help.
