Great, I bought the 500 from a retailer that doesn't accept refunds,and during setup I realize it doesn't support my cable box.
I tried using the other numbers for Motorola, as the FAQ stated, in the setup queue but it doesn't work.
I also noticed that to call for technical support cost 30 bux a pop. WTH is up with that?
Any clues on a workaround or did I buy a 200 dollar paperweight?
