I have triple monitors myself, so I can sympathize with your plight. Unfortunately, the inter-operability of any application with multi-monitors is dependant on the graphic drivers of the video card and the operating system's graphic subsysyem. Your best bet is to run the Slingplayer's "Display Mode" as "Video Only [Alt]+[;]" then stretch the window to match the screen.
Forget the web slingplayer plug-in for now...
Get Silngplayer Desktop instead

Somewhat of an old thread, but I am having the exact same problem. When I was using the desktop version, I had no problems. But now I am only using the web version, and this problem exists.
When I extend my desktop to my TV, and move the Slingbox window to it everything is fine. But once I engage full-screen viewing my cursor disappears on my laptop screen. This is extremely problematic, as the whole point is to have the Slingplayer act as the TV so I can work on my laptop.
I have a fairly new laptop running Windows 7, btw.
