Yeah, its been known to happen. I would try going through the Setup Assistant again as described in this post (https://community.sling.com/thread/3300). The problem may have to do with a corrupted remote profile that has been uploaded to the Slingbox. Try going through the process of resetting up your video source to reupload a new file. Also check the connection of the IR blaster in case it had come loose. Otherwise, you'll probably have to contact Sling Media technical support for further troubleshooting or a replacement.
