    "we're having trouble loading your Slingbox Profile" error message

      I've been using my Slingbox for more than a year without problems but suddenly I get the error message:

       

      "We're having trouble loading your Slingbox Profile"  followed by the warning to check that I have an internet connection and it's not being blocked by anti-virus.  But yes, I have an internet connection and the problem persists even when I disable my anti-virus.  Besides, I've been using the same setup for a long time without problem. 

       

      After getting this error message  I do get Slingbox video and can use the remote to change the channel.  However, when I try to use the cable guide I get the message that I cannot add this Slingbox to my account at this time--try again next time.  No luck rebooting.

       

      Problem occurs on more than one computer.
