I've recently upgraded my Virgin broadband from 20mb to 50mb and as a result had to changer my wireless router from Netgear to D-Link which Virgin Media use as standard. Since then I haven't been able to access my Slingbox Solo. Do I have to reset my Slingbox and or router settings ? If so how and what to ?
I recommend that you preform a factory reset as desribed in the following article (http://support.slingmedia.com/get/KB-1000038), It sounds like your Slingbox might still be configured for the old router's network. Performing a factory reset will wipe out the configuration information and thereby allowing it to pick up a DHCP IP address from the new router.
