    PRO HD will not connect to network

      My Slingbox Pro HD will not connect to my network. I have followed all the steps in the trouble shooting guide on line, but the network light will not light up. There appears to be zero communication between my router and the slingbox; it is not recognized by the router when plugged in, ie no lights on either end. I have swapped ether cables, still no joy. I have not tried changing the power supply, I have read that for some it works, but wanted to know if there was an official answer from SLING to correct the issue. I have also tried the hard reset to no avail. If anyone knows what needs to be done to get this back up and running I would greatly appreciate it.
