    Still no fix for using # in wifi password?

      So I previously connected my slingbox 500 to my wifi network, which happens to have a "#" in the password.  Now it worked fine, I was connected etc and so forth.  However when trying to use my SB now, it won't connect to the existing network, nor will it allow me to re-enter the password because ALL Symbols work EXCEPT the #.

       

      I've seen other folks report the problem - has anyone been able to reach sling about this or found a fix, other than re-doing my entire network (which I don't want to do)?  I'm "out of warranty" because I purchased a refurb'd unit...but if I can't connect to my wireless network it's completely worthless!  Not about to pay 29.99 so sling can tell me it's broken!
