    Just installed a new wireless Comcast Modem and my Slingbox 500 is not recognized as connected

      I upgraded my Comcast wireless modem and the only device not recognized as connected is my Slingbox 500.  Roku, Chromecast and all mobiles devices work fine.  The Slingbox remote doesn't work, as well.  I tired connecting via an ethernet cable and that didn't work either.

       

      When I reboot the Slingbox, the Slingbox symbol shows briefly in the TV screen, the lights on the box are lit (then go out), and reverts to whatever TV show I'm watching.

       

      I didn't change any of the connections, simply installed a new modem.

       

      Think a hard reset would work?
