      So, I bought my Slingbox about 5 months ago.  I just got on to their website for the first time to try and get some help and found that they think I got my box in 2013 and that I would need to pay $30 to talk to customer service.  Any ideas?  Also, what terrible customer service! I will make sure to tell anyone who asks about this.
