    My new cable box is not listed in setup list, thus no video signal

      Cox Communications just installed a new Cisco 4742HDC cable box.  When I tried Slignbox after they left, I could not get a video signal, however the signal on my 60 " TV is working fine.  I went back through setup and when I did a search during "video input" I could not find this Cisco model listed.  I cannot find a way to communicate with Slingbox on the website to report this situation and to learn how long it will be until this model is added.  Suggestions?  Thank you
