    Code G-501 and I can't do a hard reset


      I'm trying to setup my new Slingbox M1 that has been connected to another account before (but this user has returned the slingbox and now I have bought it). But I keep getting error A-444 and G-501. And I have tried making hard reset lots of times with no success. I know that my ISP has blocked port 5000 and 5001. So I need to change the port setting also. But I'm not able to come so fare.  And I can't find any support clues from your webpage that keep turning back to the main page all the time and that is also quite annoying. 

      I have tried to setup from my Mac, my iPhone and my iPad but with no success.
