This is issue is pretty common and is usually pretty simple to fix.
What you'll want to pay attention to, is the step where it asks you to "select your provider and lineup". In this step, it will usually give you a few choices for your provider, you'll want to choose the one that lists your provider, followed by "digital" or "digital non-rebuild".
