My Slingbox 500 was working fine with my Comcast service until I upgraded to a TriplePlay service. This required replacement of my original set top box (Motorola RNG150) to a newer Motorola RNG200N box (added DVR capability). On doing this, I can no longer get full HD 1080p resolution on my PC running the Slingplayer application. The new Motorola RNG200N has full component connections just as the old one had, so this is not an issue of HDMI/component connectivity. I am still running Slingbox via the component connections. So what happened? Is this a Slingbox issue, or a Comcast issue?
